A Calgary and Edmonton Meta ads agency that brings
new reasons to buy.Not the same ad in new colours. Month to month, and you own the account.
Facebook and Instagram ads, landing pages and tracking for local businesses. We meet in person in Calgary or on video, I put your ads next to your competitors' longest-running ones, and show you which buyers you're missing.
under 3 minutes: the review, and what it costs after
Ads rarely stop working because of the design.
They worked. Then they stopped.
Same ads, cost per lead creeping up, and every "new" ad is the old one in new colours.
You've run out of things to say.
You, your team or your agency keep making variations because nobody knows what else to try.
The dashboard says fine. Sales don't.
Leads come in, but they're the wrong people, and nobody can say which ad brought in a paying customer.
Something new to launch.
A new service, class or location, and no ads that have been tested for it.
Usually every ad gives the same reason to buy, to the same person. Once they've seen it enough, the ads go quiet. The fix is new reasons to buy, aimed at the buyers you're not reaching yet.
What you get. What you won't.
You get
- Someone local you can meet face to face
- Your own ad account, pixel and audiences. They stay yours if we part ways
- New reasons to buy every month, aimed at named buyer groups
- A report against your sales, not just cost per lead
- The person who writes your ads on every call
You won't get
- A long lock-in before you've seen a result
- The same ads with new colours each month
- A dashboard that says "great CPL" while your front desk hates the leads
- Handed off to a junior after the sale
- Results promised before anyone has looked at your numbers
Five questions to ask any Meta ads agency, including me
- Whose name is on the ad account, the pixel and the audiences?
- How long is the contract, and what does it cost to leave?
- Who writes the ads, and will I ever meet them?
- How many new reasons to buy will I see each month, not just new designs?
- Can you show me which ads brought in paying customers, using my own records?
What happens in the 15 minutes.
In person anywhere in Calgary, or on video from Edmonton and everywhere else.
Your ads
I pull up what you're running now. No logins needed, the Ad Library shows it.
Next to your competitors'
The ads in your category that have run for 60+ days. Nobody keeps paying for an ad that doesn't work.
One gap, named
One buyer or reason to buy your ads aren't using yet. You keep the idea whether you hire me or not.
If you want me to build it.
So there are no surprises on the call.
Starter build
- Buyer Map: 3 to 5 buyer groups already paying for what you sell, and the reason each would pick you
- 6 ad concepts, each built on a different reason to buy
- Every static in two sizes: feed (4:5) and Stories/Reels (9:16), so it runs in every placement
- Swap any static for a video script if you'd rather film it
- Delivered within 72 hours of the onboarding call
- Credited toward your first month if you move to monthly
I run your Meta ads
- Buyer Map, updated as the market moves
- New reasons to buy every month, not just new designs
- Landing pages matched to each buyer
- Monthly report against your own numbers, in person or on video
- Month to month after setup. Your ad account stays yours

Who this is for.
A good fit
Calgary and Edmonton businesses running Facebook and Instagram ads: gyms and studios, clinics, med spas, dental, home services and trades. You have an offer that sells and someone to answer the leads.
Not a fit
E-commerce, "make money online" offers, and anyone who needs results promised before we've looked at the numbers.
Jiro Ebrada, We Run The Ads
Performance marketer based in Calgary. I've worked on the ads, scripts and landing pages behind $5M+ in attributable client revenue across the US, Canada, Australia and the UK. I also run Google and Meta in-house for a multi-site portfolio, so I build every account the way I'd want my own run. I'd rather meet you in person than send a deck, and I write every batch myself, so I only take a few clients at a time.
Book your ad review.
Four quick questions so I come prepared.
The review works best once ads are running
I need something to look at. Here's the 10-minute version you can do yourself in the meantime:
- Open the Meta Ad Library and search your type of business plus your city.
- Find ads that have been running for 60 days or more. Those are paying for themselves.
- Write down who each one is talking to and the reason to buy it gives.
- Look at your own ads, or your plan for them. If they say the same thing to the same person, that's the gap.
When your ads are live, come back and book, or email [email protected].
Before you book
Is the review really free? What's the catch?
It's free and it's 15 minutes. I'll show you one gap in your ads whether you hire me or not. If it makes sense, I'll tell you what fixing it costs. That's the pitch.
Do you come to us?
In Calgary, yes: at your place, or we can meet for coffee. Edmonton and everywhere else is on video for now.
What does it cost after the review?
The starter build is $497 CAD, one time: a Buyer Map plus 6 ad concepts, each in feed and Stories/Reels sizes. It's credited toward your first month if you move to monthly. Monthly management is quoted after the review, once I've seen your account. You'll have a number before you commit to anything.
Do you need access to my ad account?
Not for the review. For monthly management, yes, as a partner on your own account, so you keep ownership.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Anyone who does before seeing your numbers is guessing. What I can promise is research before creative, and reporting you can check against your own sales.
Is there a contract?
The starter build is one-off. Monthly has a setup period for tracking, research and the first ads, then it's month to month.
Is it only Meta?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is the focus. If Google suits your customers better, I'll say so in the review.
